Who is Tom Collins? 

He is a handsome vintage caravan bar based in Melbourne serving delicious cocktails and other refreshments. If you haven't met him you really must make his acquaintance!

We service all kinds of events within Melbourne and surrounds including your wedding, party, celebration, business functions or promotional event.

Arriving onsite with bar staff who are passionate about delicious beverages and great service the Tom Collins crew take care of it all (including the washing up) so your day/night can be relaxing and fun. 

We have been busy here at Tom Collins HQ also designing a classic cocktail list featuring our favourite drinks from the golden era. We encourage you to choose a few to serve, they are sure to be a hit with your guests!
